As a successful entrepreneur, Joe brings the resourceful business-owner mentality and practical "hold-no-bars" approach to serving his clients' needs.

Joe started his first retail business at 19 and sold it profitably a few years later.  After identifying opportunities in a wholesale market, Joe directly negotiated a series of contracts with manufacturers in China, which led to superior margins as an importer and distributor in the US.  Two years later, one of the largest competitors approached with an offer to buy the company.  Recognizing saturation and dropping margins in the market, Joe sold all the retail locations and the import business, as well as all the associated assets at the right time to realize a profit.

He purchased a mixed-use property and placed the newly-founded Right Time Realty in the storefront.  Drawing on his family's 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, and on his own skills of assembling a successful client book, he chose from day one to focus on building long-term relationships. 

As a Team Leader and the office broker, Joe's focus is on business strategy, growing the practice and managing the company's top business relationships.

 

DAVID B. DYNAK

True to his entrepreneurial spirit, David loves NYC real estate for its limitless variety and diversity of people.  As our team's marketing leader he supports the office in all aspects of marketing and business development.

Prior to joining Right Time Realty, David was Marketing Director at an online / professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate, where he directed marketing and PR, as well as sales support and the company's websites.  He also developed a broad knowledge of all real estate sectors and the role of professional CRE associations in the industry.

David's background includes 12 years in marketing and project management, most of it in financial services and e-commerce, including a position as Marketing Manager with New York's largest credit union and in the e-banking unit of GreenPoint Bank (now Capital One).

In addition to developing new business and servicing existing clients, David is tasked with advancing the RTR brand and strategic growth initiatives.
