Born and raised in NYC Joe didn’t have to look too far for opportunity it presented itself, his first business a “cell phone” store at only 19 years of age. In only a short period of time Joe was operating three brick and mortar locations within the Queens neighborhoods he grew up in. This would lead to innovative designs entering into a wholesale market. Creating custom branded/packaged cell phone accessories for retailers Joe travelled to China to directly negotiate a series of contracts with manufacturers. Those products along with his drive for success would immediately land him the largest online retailer of cellular phones. Eventually the accounts he began to build and nurture would capture the attention of his competitors who would eventually approach with an offer to purchase the company.
In 2006 while searching for space for his ever expanding business Joe found his true passion in Commercial Real Estate. Proof to his skills and testimony to his talent he created a new brand Right Time Realty. While most Brokers work for over 20 years under the leadership and guidance of established CRE firms before they gained the strength and courage to start their own brand is exactly why Joe knew starting from scratch is what would separate him from the competition. Not being trained by the old system offered and edge against an outdated model in this industry. As a successful entrepreneur having no prior CRE training didn’t concern Joe he could rely on his past business experiences, natural born instinct for the hustle and one of the most important skills a Broker can have – Empathy!
Once again taking on the challenge with enthusiasm, dedication, and making a commitment to his success, carving out a niche and creating the “New Generation of Commercial Real Estate”. Building a team like the company (from scratch), and successfully growing year after year regardless of market conditions, closing deal after deal with owners of all levels, ranging from Institutional investors, to private players big and small. Successfully completing lease and sale transactions with regional, national, non for profit, public, and international organizations alike, representing companies from A-Z (ASPCA-ZARA USA)!
